Principal's Message
I am incredibly proud to be the Principal of Mims Elementary School—Home of the Mustangs! I began my educational career in Mission C.I.S.D. in 1996 and have had wonderful, fulfilling experiences. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio, my Master’s in Secondary Math and Science from the University of Texas Pan American, my Masters in Educational Administration from the University of Texas Pan American, and my Masters in Science in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University. I see my job as a calling, and I work hard every day to make sure our Mims teachers are supported so they can do their best job for our students in their classrooms. Educating our children is a work of heart that I am honored to be a part of every single day. Mims Elementary School is a very special place, and I look forward to all the GREAT things that will happen here this school year!
